Zucchini and Tomatoes Stuffed with Ground Meat

Preheat the oven to 200 °C (convection) and prepare an ovenproof dish.

Combine the ground meat, quark, egg, breadcrumbs and chopped parsley in a bowl and mix well.

Season the meat mixture generously with salt, pepper and paprika.

Halve the zucchinis lengthwise and scoop out the centers. Cut a lid off the top of the tomatoes and hollow them out as well.

Chop the scooped-out zucchini flesh and stir it into the meat mixture.

Fill the zucchinis and tomatoes with the meat mixture, place them in the dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
