Pizza Hollywood

Preheat the oven to 220–240°C and preheat a baking sheet or pizza stone on the lowest rack.

Season the passata in a bowl with salt, pepper and oregano.

Roll out the pizza dough and place it on parchment paper or a floured pizza peel.

Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.

Cut the mozzarella into thin slices or cubes and distribute over the sauce, then top with ham and asparagus.

Bake the pizza on the lowest rack for about 10 minutes.

About 5 minutes before the end of baking, carefully add an egg to the pizza and finish baking until the egg white has set.
