Pizza del Cacciatore

Preheat the oven to 220–240 °C and heat a baking tray or pizza stone on the lowest rack.

Place the pelati in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and oregano.

Roll out the pizza dough and spread the seasoned pelati evenly over it.

Slice or cube the mozzarella thinly and distribute it over the tomato sauce.

Cut the pancetta (bacon) into strips and the onion into rings, then top the pizza with them and the beans.

Bake the pizza on the lowest rack for about 15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
