Colorful Mediterranean Spread

Remove sun-dried tomatoes from the oil and let them drain briefly. Finely chop the parsley.

Dice the sun-dried tomatoes very finely. Chop the capers roughly to finely, depending on the desired texture.

Wash the organic lemon with hot water and dry it. Finely grate the peel, halve the lemon and squeeze out one half.

Peel the garlic clove and press it through a garlic press.

Thoroughly mix the cream cheese with 3 tbsp parsley, tomato cubes, capers, lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve on toasted ciabatta slices or warm baguette and sprinkle with the remaining parsley.
