Savory Quark-Oil Dough

Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl, then sift onto the work surface and form a well in the center.

Pour the milk, oil, salt, pepper and the egg into the well and roughly mix with a fork or your hands until the ingredients come together.

Add the quark and initially work it in until there are no dry flour patches left.

Quickly knead everything into a smooth dough, without overworking it.

Process the quark-oil dough immediately and shape, top or fill it according to your recipe.
