Lemon Schnitzels

Heat oil in a large skillet and briefly fry the turkey schnitzels on both sides over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the schnitzels from the pan and keep warm.

Deglaze the pan with white wine, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom.

Stir in the broth, sour cream and plain yogurt and simmer the sauce over medium heat until slightly thickened.

Season the sauce with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.

Return the schnitzels to the pan and let them warm briefly in the sauce until heated through.
