Homemade Chocolate Spread

Put the oats into a bowl and thoroughly mix with cocoa powder, cinnamon, salt and vanilla sugar.

Warm butter, honey and water in a small saucepan over low to medium heat until everything has dissolved.

Pour the warm liquid into the oat mixture.

Blend everything thoroughly with an immersion blender until a smooth, spreadable chocolate cream forms.

Fill the chocolate cream into a clean jar and store in the refrigerator.

If the cream is too firm, stir in a little milk before serving to make it creamy.
