Garlic Sauce

For an extra creamy texture, briefly loosen the sour cream with a whisk beforehand.

If you prefer a milder taste, use less garlic or remove the green sprout in the middle.

Salt sparingly at first and taste again after a few minutes so the flavors can develop.

This sauce goes especially well with tomato salads and with green or mixed salads.
