Chestnut Chocolate Dream

Coarsely break the chocolate and place it together with the water in a small heatproof bowl.

Set the bowl in a water bath and slowly melt the chocolate, stirring constantly.

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and keep it chilled until further use.

In a bowl, stir the melted chocolate, quark, powdered sugar, finely grated orange zest and chestnut purée together until smooth.

Carefully fold in the whipped cream until a light, airy cream forms.

Fill the cream into dessert bowls or glasses.

Chill the dessert glasses for about 30 minutes so the cream firms up and the flavors develop.

Slice the orange, peel included, into thin slices and remove any seeds.

Garnish the chilled cream with the orange slices and serve.
