Banana Nutella Bundt Cake

Preheat the oven to 150°C fan (or 170°C top/bottom heat).

Grease a Bundt pan thoroughly and dust it with breadcrumbs.

Peel the banana and puree it together with the sour cream until smooth.

Beat butter, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, Nutella and eggs in a bowl until fluffy.

Stir the banana–sour cream purée into the fluffy mixture.

Mix flour and baking powder and briefly stir this into the batter until no dry flour remains.

Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.

Bake the Bundt cake for about 45–50 minutes and perform a skewer test towards the end.

Let the Bundt cake cool in the pan, then carefully turn it out and serve dusted with powdered sugar or coated with chocolate glaze.
