Snickers Muffin

Preheat the oven to 160 °C (fan) and line a muffin tin with paper cases.

Cut the Snickers into small pieces.

Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl and fold in the Snickers pieces.

In another bowl, beat the egg, sugar, oil, buttermilk and peanut butter until frothy.

Quickly fold the flour mixture into the wet ingredients, only until no dry flour is visible.

Spoon the batter into the cases (about two thirds full) and bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes.

Let the muffins rest in the tin for 5 minutes, then remove them from the cases and cool completely on a wire rack.
