Pizza - Salame Piccante

Season the pelati in a bowl with salt, pepper and oregano and stir briefly.

Roll out the pizza dough on baking paper or stretch it and spread the tomato sauce thinly over it.

Cut the mozzarella into thin slices or small cubes and distribute evenly over the pizza.

Place the spicy salami slices on top.

Preheat the oven to 220–240 °C and heat a baking tray or pizza stone on the lowest rack.

Bake the pizza on the lowest rack for about 15 minutes, until the edge is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
