Delicate Spiced Tea

Untreated lemons are best, as the slices steep together with the peel.

Heat over medium heat so the spices can release their aroma evenly.

For a milder citrus flavor, remove a few slices after steeping.

Do not steep longer than 8 minutes so the tea remains fruity and doesn't become too astringent.

Stir the Kandis in briefly and let sit for 1 minute to allow it to fully dissolve.
