Coffee Lucky Pig

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan (180°C conventional) and grease the pig-shaped pan well.

Thoroughly mix the flour, instant coffee powder, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl.

Briefly beat the egg in a separate bowl.

Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and natural yogurt to the egg and beat until frothy.

Briefly fold in the flour-coffee-cocoa mixture, only until a smooth batter forms.

Pour the batter into the prepared pig-shaped pan and tap the pan lightly on the work surface a few times.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 40–50 minutes, until the cake is cooked through.

Let the cake rest in the pan for 5 minutes.

Turn out of the pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.

Decorate as desired and serve.
