Cheese Streusel Muffins

Combine flour, 90 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and the butter pieces; first mix with the beaters, then briefly knead by hand into crumbs.

Cover the crumbs and chill for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 175 °C fan (alternatively 200 °C top/bottom heat).

Briefly stir the quark, eggs, 160 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and the vanilla pudding powder into a smooth batter.

Spoon the batter into silicone muffin cups and evenly distribute the chilled crumbs on top.

Bake the muffins for about 30 minutes and then let them cool in the pan.

Whisk the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth, drizzle in stripes over the cooled muffins and allow to set.
