Berry Ice Cream

Wash, hull and cut the strawberries into pieces.

Wash the raspberries, blueberries and red currants and carefully pat dry.

Put all the berries with the milk, cream, sugar and vanilla sugar into a bowl and puree finely with the immersion blender.

Freeze the berry mixture in the ice cream maker (1 L capacity, approx. 600 g liquid) until creamy-firm.

Alternatively, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and let it set in the freezer.

As soon as the ice cream is firm enough, decorate as desired and serve.
