Strawberry Donauwellen Cream

Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut into small dice.

Toss the strawberry pieces with lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of sugar and let them draw juice for about 15 minutes.

Coarsely crumble the ladyfingers.

Whip the sour cream until creamy, gradually adding the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add the vanilla yogurt to the cream and stir in briefly but thoroughly.

Layer ladyfinger crumbs, strawberries and cream alternately into 4 dessert glasses.

Mix cocoa powder with powdered sugar and dust the surface with it.

Garnish with lemon balm if desired and serve.
