Pretty in Pink with Strawberry

Wash, hull and chop the strawberries. Set 1–2 strawberries and a little lime zest aside for decoration, and drizzle the remaining strawberries with lime juice.

Place the strawberries, rice flakes and 3 tbsp of ice-cold buttermilk into a tall container and puree finely with an immersion blender.

Fill up with the remaining ice-cold buttermilk and season to taste with honey.

Pour the strawberry milk into a tall glass and decorate with the reserved strawberries and a little lime zest.
