Party Pot

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top and bottom heat) and prepare a large braising pot (with lid).

Cut the minced beef-pork and the sausage into large cubes.

Cut the bacon into cubes or strips.

Peel the onions and slice them, cut the peppers (red and green) into strips.

Quarter the mushrooms and slice the pickles.

Chop the canned tomatoes, add the chili con carne mix and stir in some water according to the package instructions.

Briefly heat the tomato sauce until it comes to a boil or is well warmed.

Layer all prepared ingredients in the braising pot and pour the warm tomato sauce over them.

Cover the pot and braise in the oven at 180 °C for about 2 hours.

Let the Party Pot rest briefly, then serve hot with bread or rolls.
