Marble Cake with Egg Liqueur

Preheat the oven to 175°C (top and bottom heat) and grease the cake pan, then dust with breadcrumbs.

Beat the eggs, soft butter, sugar, egg liqueur and vanilla sugar in a bowl until fluffy.

Combine flour and baking powder and briefly fold into the batter until just combined.

Pour half of the light batter into the prepared pan.

Stir Nutella into the remaining batter, spoon it over the light batter and swirl with a fork in a spiral motion.

Bake the cake for 70–75 minutes until fully cooked through.

Let the cake cool in the pan, then carefully turn out and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
