Crostini with Caper Cream

Drain the capers and chop them as finely as possible.

Stir the chopped capers together with mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.

Season the caper cream with pepper to taste.

Toast white bread or baguette slices briefly if desired and arrange them on a platter.

Spread the caper cream onto the bread slices and garnish with a few capers.
