Chocolate Tiramisu

Put eggs, egg yolks and sugar into a large bowl.

Whisk the mixture for about 10 minutes at the highest speed until creamy, pale and airy.

Add the mascarpone and beat for another approx. 5 minutes until smooth and no lumps remain.

Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the cocoa drink and place them as the first layer in a baking dish or dessert bowls.

Spread a layer of mascarpone cream on top, then alternate soaked ladyfingers and cream until everything is used up; finish with a layer of cream.

Chill for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight), then dust with cocoa powder before serving.
