Yogurt Lime Cream

Wash one lime with hot water, dry well and finely grate the zest.

Juice the zested lime and a second lime.

Stir natural yogurt with mascarpone and sugar until smooth, then fold in the lime juice and zest.

Season the cream with orange liqueur to taste and stir briefly.

Whip the cream until stiff and then gently fold it into the yogurt-lime cream.

Portion the cream into bowls, decorate as desired and chill for about 30 minutes.
