Walnut Cream for Dipping

Roast the walnut kernels in a dry pan over medium heat until they are fragrant.

Let the roasted walnuts cool briefly.

Place the walnuts with margarine, lemon juice and one quarter of a banana into a blender and puree until creamy.

Season with salt and curry and mix briefly again.
