Sweet Bruschetta

In a pan they become especially aromatic if you toast them briefly and hot without oil.

Briefly stir the ricotta until smooth so it spreads more finely and evenly.

Use a mild blossom honey for a gentle sweetness, or a robust forest honey for more flavor.

Add the powdered sugar only just before serving so it doesn't melt.
