Strawberry Shake with a Shot

Wash, sort and pat the strawberries dry. Set aside a few nice strawberries for decoration.

Finely crush the remaining strawberries with a fork.

Mix the strawberry purée thoroughly with sugar and Kirschwasser.

Beat the strawberry ice cream in a chilled mixing bowl until creamy.

First stir the strawberry purée, then the natural yogurt into the creamy ice cream until everything is evenly combined.

Pour the strawberry shake into two tall glasses, decorate with the reserved strawberries and serve with thick straws.
