Raspberry Ice Cream

Wash the raspberries and pat them dry. Squeeze the lemon.

Place the raspberries, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice in a bowl and puree finely with an immersion blender.

Pour the raspberry mixture into the ice cream maker or transfer it to a shallow, freezer-safe container.

Let it freeze in the ice cream maker until the mixture is creamy-firm, or let it set in the freezer.

Once the ice cream is firm enough, decorate as desired and serve immediately.
