Orange Chocolate

Whip the cream until it reaches a semi-stiff consistency and keep it chilled until serving.

Finely chop the chocolate. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.

Heat the milk with the vanilla seeds in a saucepan until it comes to a boil.

Remove the pan from the heat, add the chopped chocolate and stir it into the hot milk until completely melted.

Stir in the orange zest, orange juice and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.

Divide the hot orange chocolate among 4 glasses (approx. 200 ml each) and place the semi-stiff whipped cream on top.

Decorate with chocolate shavings and a little orange zest and serve immediately.
