Ice Cream in a Chocolate Nest

Thoroughly whisk milk, cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg in a bowl until the sugar has largely dissolved.

Pour the ice cream mixture into the ice cream maker (1 L capacity, about 600 g of liquid) and freeze until creamy and set.

While the ice cream freezes, roughly chop or crumble 2 Kinder Surprise eggs.

Carefully halve 6 chocolate eggs and set the halves aside as small “nests.”

Once the ice cream is firm enough, fill the chocolate egg halves and sprinkle with the chopped surprise-egg pieces.

Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and serve immediately.
