Halloween Muffin

Preheat the oven to 150 °C fan (conventional oven: 175 °C) and line a muffin tin with paper cases.

Mix the flour and baking powder well in a bowl.

In a second bowl, whisk the egg until frothy, then add the yogurt (vanilla), sugar (and, if used, vanilla sugar) and oil and mix until smooth.

Gently fold in the flour–baking powder mixture just until no dry flour remains.

Divide the batter into three bowls and color each portion strongly red, green and yellow.

Spoon the three batters in blobs next to each other into the liners and bake the muffins for 20–25 minutes.

Let the muffins rest in the tin for 10 minutes, then remove them and cool completely.

Melt the white couverture, coat the muffins with it and decorate with sugar decorations and sprinkles as desired.
