Christmas Express

Beat egg white and powdered sugar with a hand mixer into a thick, stable icing.

Lay out butter biscuits as the “tracks” or base and keep the icing within reach.

For the carriages, place one Domino cube in the center of each butter biscuit and glue it in place with a little icing.

For the locomotive, place two Domino cubes in a row on one butter biscuit and fix them with icing.

Attach a wafer roll as the chimney to the locomotive using a little icing.

Stick Smarties to the sides of each biscuit as wheels using the icing.

Decorate the train as desired with sweets and extra icing.

Let the finished Christmas Express stand until the icing has set.
