Chocolate Almond Drink

The finer the pieces, the creamier the drink and the less you'll need to stir.

If the milk boils too strongly it can foam over and the flavor will be less delicate.

Stir the almond butter vigorously in its jar beforehand; it will dissolve more easily into the milk.

Reduce the heat if necessary and stir patiently to prevent anything from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Well chilled cream whips faster and holds its shape better.

Rinse the glasses briefly with hot water and dry them — this helps the drink stay warm longer.
