Banana Ice Cream

Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Squeeze the lemon.

Place the banana pieces with the cream, milk, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla sugar in a bowl and puree finely with an immersion blender.

Pour the banana mixture into the ice cream machine (1 l capacity, approx. 600 g of liquid) and freeze until creamy and firm.

Without an ice cream machine, pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container and let it set in the freezer.

Once the ice cream is firm enough, decorate as desired and serve.
