Baked Apple with Dominosteine

Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat) and grease a baking dish with a little butter.

Wash and peel the apples and core them to create a well-fillable opening.

Place the apples side by side in the buttered baking dish.

Finely dice the Dominosteine and roughly crumble the speculoos.

Mix the Dominosteine and speculoos with some apple juice until you have a moist but still spoonable filling.

Fill the prepared apples with the mixture and press down lightly if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes, until the apples are tender.

Serve the baked apples warm and arrange with vanilla sauce.
