Woodruff Strawberry Shake

Set aside a few nice strawberry pieces for garnishing.

Start with a small amount of syrup and sweeten to taste so the woodruff doesn't become too dominant.

For a pretty effect, press some strawberry pieces onto the inside rim of the glasses.

Chill the glasses briefly beforehand so the shake stays cold and creamy longer.
