Stracciatella Cream with Strawberries

Gently rinse the strawberries, pat them dry and remove the calyxes.

Halve or quarter the strawberries depending on their size.

Toss the strawberry pieces with heaped powdered sugar, cover and let sit for about 10 minutes.

Stir the plain yogurt and vanilla yogurt smoothly together in a bowl.

Fold the chocolate shavings into the yogurt cream.

Divide half of the yogurt cream among dessert glasses, top with half of the sugared strawberries and finish with the remaining yogurt cream.

Garnish with the remaining strawberries and chill until serving.
