Limoncello Cream

If all ingredients are well chilled, the cream will be especially fresh and stable.

Instead of limoncello, you can also use freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Chill the glasses or bowls briefly before filling; the cream will stay nicer longer.

Depending on your freezer, check after about 90 minutes to prevent it from freezing through completely.

Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving so it can be spooned more creamily.
