Chocolate Shake with Amarettini

Place the Amarettini in a sturdy plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin into fine crumbs. Set aside about 2 tsp of crumbs for decoration.

Break the milk chocolate into pieces and melt it in a cup over a hot water bath. Let it cool briefly.

Put the melted chocolate with the Amarettini crumbs, cocoa powder, whole milk and espresso syrup into a tall container and blend finely with an immersion blender or mixer.

Pour the shake into glasses and sprinkle with the reserved Amarettini crumbs.
