Sausages in a Blanket

Preheat the oven to 200 °C (convection) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the pizza dough and cut it lengthwise into 6 strips about 2 cm wide.

Lightly make crosswise slits at both ends of the Frankfurter sausages.

Wrap each sausage in the middle with a dough strip to form a 'blanket'.

Place the sausages in a blanket on the prepared baking sheet with some space between them.

Bake for about 10 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
