Hazelnut Coffee

Brew the coffee very strong and keep it hot.

Bring the whole milk with the ground hazelnuts and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring.

Remove the pan from the heat and whisk the hazelnut milk with the beaters of a hand mixer for about 30 seconds until frothy.

Stir the nut liqueur into the hazelnut milk.

Divide the hot coffee between two cups or glasses.

Pour the hazelnut milk through a sieve into the coffee and stir briefly.
