Creme Macchiato

Bring 4 tbsp water to a boil, fully dissolve the instant coffee in it and set aside.

Whisk the pudding powder, sugar and 6 tbsp milk in a small bowl until smooth.

Bring the remaining milk to a boil in a saucepan, pour in the prepared pudding mixture while stirring constantly and cook the pudding for about 2 minutes.

Put about one third of the hot pudding into a bowl and immediately stir in the dissolved coffee.

Layer the vanilla pudding and coffee pudding alternately into dessert glasses.

Chill the glasses for at least 30 minutes.

Shortly before serving, lightly whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and spread it over the desserts.

Dust with cocoa if desired and serve immediately.
