Strawberries in a Coconut Coat

The drier the strawberries are, the better the chocolate will adhere.

Be careful that no water gets into the chocolate, otherwise it can seize.

Let the strawberry drip briefly so the coating doesn't become too thick.

Stick the skewered strawberries into an orange or a head of cabbage to dry so they don't develop a flat side.

Take them out of the fridge shortly before serving so the chocolate stays nice and crisp.
