Smarties Ice Cream

Roughly chop the Smarties and set aside.

Stir the vanilla yogurt with the sugar, a small pinch of salt and the cream until smooth.

Pour the ice cream mixture into the ice cream maker (1 L capacity, approx. 600 g liquid) and freeze.

As soon as the ice cream starts to set, add the chopped Smarties and stir briefly.

Spoon the finished ice cream into dessert glasses and serve decorated with mini Smarties.

Without an ice cream maker, whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it into the yogurt mixture, then fold in the chopped Smarties and freeze.
