Pizza Toast with Tuna

If you only have conventional top/bottom heat, set it to about 220°C.

Stir the tomato paste briefly beforehand to smooth it out; it will spread more easily.

For more flavor, leave a little of the oil with the tuna.

Let the mozzarella drain well so the toasts don't become soggy.

Crush the oregano between your fingers to release more aroma.

For extra browning, switch to the grill function for the last 1–2 minutes and watch closely.
